Locate & Asset
Asset and locate investigations
Find the person. Verify what is on record. Locates and skip trace for claims, litigation, subrogation, and collection files.
Locate and skip trace
Claimants relocate, defendants avoid service, and witnesses vanish between the loss and the litigation. We combine public records, address and associate history, and physical verification in the field to produce a current address that is actually confirmed — not just the most recent database hit.
Asset research
Public-record research covering real property, registered vehicles and vessels, business entities and officerships, and recorded liens and judgments. This supports subrogation, recovery, and settlement evaluation by establishing what is on record in the subject's name.
What is and is not available
We work from public records and lawful investigative sources. We do not obtain financial account information, do not pretext financial institutions, and do not access protected data. If a request would require any of those, we will say so rather than quietly deliver something unusable.
