What the search actually covers
We identify and verify publicly accessible profiles belonging to the claimant across the major platforms, then document activity relevant to the claimed injury or loss — posts, photographs, videos, check-ins, event participation, employment references, and public interactions with associates.
Verification matters more than volume. A common name returns dozens of profiles, and a report full of accounts that may or may not belong to the subject is worthless. We tie each profile to the subject through corroborating detail before it goes in the report.
Preservation and defensibility
Content disappears. Posts get deleted, accounts get locked down, and a screenshot pasted into an email is easy to challenge later. Everything we document is captured with the URL, capture date and time, and supporting metadata, and preserved so the exhibit still holds up months after the account changes.

How we stay on the right side of the line
We review publicly available information only. We do not send friend or connection requests, create pretext accounts to gain access to restricted content, attempt to access private messages, or engage the subject online in any form. That restraint is what keeps the evidence usable — material obtained through deception invites suppression and puts the rest of the file at risk.

Public activity frequently reveals a second address, a side business, a recreational routine, or a standing weekly event, and that intelligence turns a speculative coverage day into a targeted one. - You still get the report documenting the platforms searched, the identifiers used, and the negative result. A documented negative is a legitimate file entry and is often as useful as a positive one.
- How long does it take?
