Every report is written on the assumption it may be disclosed. Facts are separated from context, sources are identified, and nothing is characterized in a way counsel would need to walk back. Unedited video masters and field notes are retained and available.
Working with the firm
Assignments come directly from the firm or from the carrier with copy to counsel. We take direction on scope, budget, and timing, and flag material findings as they occur rather than holding them for a final report. Investigators are available for deposition and trial testimony regarding their own observations.
