Manned surveillance
An investigator in the field, working a planned coverage window built around the subject's known routine. Manned surveillance produces the material that matters most on injury and disability files: what the subject physically does, for how long, and how it compares to the reported restrictions.
Coverage is documented continuously, including periods of no activity, so the record shows the full observation window rather than a curated highlight.
Covert static surveillance
Concealed camera deployment for situations where a parked investigator would be conspicuous or where continuous multi-day observation is required — rural properties, closed cul-de-sacs, low-traffic streets, and long-duration activity monitoring. Static coverage is frequently paired with manned days: the camera establishes the pattern, the investigator documents the activity.

Rates and coverage
Surveillance is billed at flat, all-inclusive daily rates with no mileage, travel, or expense add-ons, and the rate is identical anywhere in Florida. Ongoing and monthly programs are quoted to the volume.

- How many days of surveillance should be ordered?
- Two to three days is the most common productive block. A single day can confirm a residence or a specific event; multi-day coverage is what establishes a pattern of activity that holds up against a claimed restriction.
- Which days give the best results?
- It depends on the file. Weekdays are better for employment and treatment activity; weekends often produce recreational activity. If there is a known appointment, IME, or event, build coverage around it.
- Is the video admissible?
- Admissibility is counsel's call, but our documentation practices are built for it: unedited masters retained, continuous time stamps, contemporaneous field notes, and investigators available to authenticate what they recorded.
