The most productive comp coverage is scheduled around a known event: an IME, a functional capacity evaluation, a deposition, or a mediation. Coverage on the day of an appointment shows how the claimant moves before and after the evaluation, which is frequently the most probative footage in the file.

We can document observable activity — a claimant arriving at a job site, performing work, operating equipment, or being present at a business during working hours. We do not access employment records that are not public.

How do you handle a claimant who rarely leaves the residence?

Covert static camera coverage is usually the answer. It documents the full day at a lower cost than manned coverage and identifies the windows where manned surveillance will actually be productive.

Do you handle claims for self-insured employers directly?

Yes. Assignments come from carriers, TPAs, employers, and defense counsel, and reporting distribution is set at assignment.
