For Attorneys
Investigative services for attorneys and law firms
Defense firms, insurance coverage counsel, and litigation practices use us for the field work that has to be right the first time — surveillance timed to the calendar, witnesses located, scenes documented, and reports that hold up in discovery.
What firms assign us
- Surveillance ahead of depositions, IMEs, and mediations
- Witness location, interviews, and recorded statements
- Scene documentation and third-party camera preservation
- Public-record and open-source background research
- Activity and damages documentation on injury files
Reporting written for discovery
Investigative reports become exhibits, deposition topics, and impeachment material. Ours are written accordingly: observations separated from inference, times and locations specific, sources identified, and no characterization that counsel would have to disclaim. Unedited video masters and contemporaneous field notes are retained and available.
Our investigators can be deposed or called at trial regarding what they personally observed and recorded.
How we work with your calendar
Tell us the deposition, IME, mediation, or trial date at assignment. Surveillance days get scheduled to that event rather than to convenience, and we flag material findings as they occur so you are not learning something significant from a report the night before.
Cost predictability
Flat, all-inclusive rates statewide. No mileage, travel time, or expense lines to explain to a client or a carrier, and the same rate whether the subject is in Pensacola or Miami.
Frequently asked questions
- Can you take assignments directly from the firm rather than the carrier?
- Yes. Firms assign directly, and we report to whatever distribution list you set — the firm only, or the firm and the carrier.
- Will your investigator testify?
- Yes, as to their own observations and the documentation they created.
- Do you contact represented parties?
- No. Our investigators do not contact represented parties and do not misrepresent themselves. Statements from represented claimants are arranged through their counsel.
